Operations assessment - Level 1

Level 1 Operations Assessments are concise, high-impact sessions where we review all aspects of your current operations and give specific action steps to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and improve the overall profitability of your business.

We recommend Level 1 assessments for businesses with less than 5 team members (contractors or employees), single product/service offerings, OR for businesses wanting an assessment on one single aspect of their operations.

  • 1 hour assessment and strategy call where we'll review all your current operations

  • A detailed action plan with specific strategies, systems, and processes to implement to give your ops an overhaul

  • We'll personally review the software/systems you have in place and make recommendations for improvement (once given access to your programs)

  • 2 weeks of implementation support via email and/or Voxer

Level 2 Operations Assessments are spread out over 2 1.5-hour sessions where we review all aspects of your current operations and give specific action steps to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and improve the overall profitability of your business.

We recommend Level 2 assessments for businesses with 5 or more team members (contractors or employees), multiple product/service offerings, OR businesses experiencing sudden growth or change.

When you book a Level 2 Operations Assessments with All The Ops, here's what you'll get:

  • 2 1.5-hr sessions where we dive deep into your operations

  • A detailed action plan with specific strategies, systems, and processes to improve the efficiency and profitability of your business. This action plan will be updated as we progress through your sessions

  • We'll personally examine the software/systems AND individual workflows you have in place and make recommendations for improvement (once given access to your programs)

  • 6 weeks of implementation support via email and/or Voxer
